30-day money-back guarantee

HomesteadHQ offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on paid subscriptions. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of the order date, no questions asked.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. To request a refund:

  • Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email you used at checkout, or
  • Contact HomesteadHQ support through the app and we'll help you file the request with Paddle.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.

Renewals and cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account page. Cancellation stops future renewals and you keep access to paid features until the end of the current billing period. If a renewal charge is billed by mistake or you cancel immediately after a renewal, contact us or Paddle within 30 days and we will refund it.

Paddle's Refund Policy

As Merchant of Record, Paddle handles the mechanics of every refund. Their overarching policy is available at paddle.com/legal/refund-policy. Where our policy is more generous than Paddle's baseline (for example, our 30-day window), the more generous terms apply to your HomesteadHQ subscription.
